Works have been began on the area of «urban» part of the Adler station.
NGO Mostovik has started construction of bored piles for the foundation of the «urban» part of the main building of the railway station in Adler. Currently holds approximately 10% of works. Last week, this construction site has been visited by a commission included Oleg Toni, the vice-president of JSC «RZD», and representatives of the State Corporation «Olimpstroy».

An extension of seaside promenade is drafting.
The development of this project is carried out by specialists of Krasnodar «Research and Design Center «Coastal protection». All the survey works were already completed, including geological and environmental ones. The predesign documentation is on approval stage.
Reconstruction of the seaside promenade in the Central District of Sochi is scheduled for completion by 2013.

Two-level road junction «Adler Ring» is scheduled to be commissioned in late 2011. Alexander Kostrygin, Deputy Director of the «Mostootryad-10» company, reported that 13 pillars were completed. Also, the span structures protrusion is already underway at the crossing of Lenin street and Mira street.

Sewage recycling plant at Bzugu awaits reconstruction and expansion.
Design and survey works are being done by the Institute GUP «Lengiproinzhproject». The project includes a system for supplying waste water for cleaning and removal of recycled water into the sea. Reconstruction of the sewage recycling plant will ensure their smooth operation. Reconstruction of the facility is planned to begin next spring in accordance with the schedule.
The mosque in Thagapsh village opens after renovation.
The mosque was built by Adygs in the late XIX century. Opening of the restored mosque held on 30 July.

The center of national cultures Lazarevskiy being overhauled.
Reconstruction is so complete, that only walls were remained of the original building. Major repairs are performed by Stroyinterkom company, general contracting firm from Krasnodar. Most of the works are completed to date. Commissioning of the object is scheduled for mid-August this year.
Designer for office of the Sochi 2014 Organising Committee has been selected.
On July 30, The International Group of Companies «Itera» and JSC «Concern «MonArch» have signed an agreement on the design and construction of office complex of about 30,000 square meters. Itera, in agreement with the State Corporation «Olimpstroy», is the investor of this project. Building Concern «MonArch» is the general contractor and designer.
Construction of the complex will start this year and be completed in 2012.
On April 13, 1874 (Old Style) post Dakhovsky (a military settlement) became posad Dakhovsky (civil settlement). Over the years posad simultaneously had two names — the official (Dahovsky) and vernacular — Sochi. In May 1896 the city administration has been introduced in posad Sochi. On July 31, 1917 (Old Style) surrounding suburban areas were added to Sochi by the decision of Special Transcaucasian Committee and Sochi was assigned the status of the city.
