Приглашаем Вас принять участие в Молодёжном архитектурно-градостроительном конкурсе с международным участием «Сочи 2035 – образ будущего глазами молодых», который приурочен к XIX Всемирному фестивалю молодёжи и студентов».
Конкурс стартует 01 июня 2017 года и завершается 21 октября 2017 года по программе Всемирного фестиваля молодёжи и студентов. Заключительные мероприятия Конкурса включены в образовательную программу Фестиваля по направлению «Проектирование будущего: архитектура и дизайн». Лауреаты Конкурса — 78 молодых архитекторов, дизайнеров, учёных — экологов, социологов станут участниками Фестиваля.
Основная цель конкурса – увидеть Образ будущего Сочи как мирового курорта и путь к его воплощению в творческих поисках молодёжи разных стран.
Цели Конкурса в рамках XIX Всемирного фестиваля молодёжи и студентов в Сочи:
- Обзор инновационных идей, отражающих девиз «Путь вдоль воды как направление к Образу будущего Сочи».
- Выбор для дальнейшего проектирования и реализации инновационных предложений, соответствующих экологическим и социальным критериям качества жилой и рекреационной среды города-курорта Сочи.
- Отбор участников образовательной программы «Чёрное море — море друзей — горы идей — реки людей» по направлению «Проектирование будущего: архитектура и дизайн»
- Формирование выставки проектов-победителей Конкурса для экспозиции в Павильоне научных достижений молодёжи.
Конкурсантам предлагается выбрать для конкурсного проектирования 5 речных долин в городе Сочи, имеющих потенциал развития, но осложнённых экологическими проблемами, в соответствии с тематикой «Года экологии в России».
Наиболее удачные решения могут:
- стать частью Федеральной целевой программы по развитию Азово-Черноморской курортной агломерации – Южного морского фасада России и других программ развития Сочи,
- войти в состав флагманских проектов Стратегии социально-экономического развития Сочи до 2030 года,
- стать основой для разработки Проектов планировки территорий Сочи,
- повлиять на решения актуализации Генерального плана Сочи.
Потенциальные инвесторы, заинтересованные в развитии конкретных проектов на конкурсных территориях, смогут выбрать наилучшие решения.
Общественные пространства, благоустроенные по проектам-победителям Конкурса, дополнят перечень сочинских достопримечательностей, в числе которых будет и новый парк с «Аллеей Мира» в память о Фестивале в Сочи.
Оценивать работы конкурсантов будет компетентное Международное жюри на основании экспертных заключений опытных специалистов.
Для награждения лауреатов формируется премиальный фонд с участием Попечительского совета Конкурса.

In the Youth architectural and urban planning competition with international participation «Sochi 2035 — the image of the future through the eyes of the young»
We invite you to take part in the Youth architectural and town-planning contest with international participation «Sochi 2035 — the image of the future through the eyes of the young», which is timed to the XIX World Festival of Youth and Students. «
The competition starts on June 01, 2017 and ends on October 21, 2017, under the program of the World Festival of Youth and Students. The final events of the Contest are included in the educational program of the Festival in the direction «Designing the future: architecture and design». Laureates of the Contest — 78 young architects, designers, scientists — ecologists, sociologists will become participants of the Festival.
The main goal of the competition — is to see the image of the future of Sochi as a world resort and the way to its embodiment in the creative search for young people from different countries.
The objectives of the competition in the framework of the XIX World Festival of Youth and Students in Sochi:
- Review of innovative ideas reflecting the motto «The Way along the Water as a Direction to the Image of the Future of Sochi»;
- Selection for further design and implementation of innovative proposals that meet the environmental and social criteria for the quality of residential and recreational environment of the resort city of Sochi;
- Selection of participants in the educational program «Black Sea — the sea of friends — mountains of ideas — rivers of people» in the direction «Designing the future: architecture and design» and,
- Forming an exhibition of projects-winners of the Contest for the exposition in the Pavilion of Scientific Achievements of Youth.
Contestants are invited to select for the design project 5 river valleys in the city of Sochi, with the potential for development, but complicated by environmental problems, in accordance with the theme of the Year of Ecology in Russia.
The most successful solutions can be:
- to become part of the Federal Target Program for the development of the Azov-Black Sea resort agglomeration — the South Sea Facade of Russia and other programs for the development of Sochi;
- join the flagship projects of the Sochi Social and Economic Development Strategy until 2030;
- to become a basis for the development of Sochi Soil Designs;
- influence the decision to update the Sochi General Plan.
Potential investors interested in developing specific projects in the competitive areas will be able to choose the best solutions.
Public spaces, landscaped by the winning projects of the Contest, will complement the list of Sochi attractions, including a new park with the «Alley of Peace» in memory of the Festival in Sochi.
Assess the work of the contestants will be the competent International Jury on the basis of expert opinions of experienced specialists.
To reward the laureates, a bonus fund is formed with the participation of the Board of Trustees of the Contest.
