The group of companies «M-INDUSTRIA» submits two investment projects at the IX International Investment Forum Sochi-2010, which opens on September 16th. One of them is the project of the «Federation Island», which was exhibited at every Sochi Forum since 2007 despite public protests and delays in implementation.

Marine Station will become a luxury gallery

The «Sochi Grand Marina» project
The «Sochi Grand Marina» is a complex development project of the coastal zone of the Sea Port of Sochi. Purpose of the project — ensuring transport facilities for guests of forthcoming Olympics in 2014.
This project includes the restoration of the Marine Station, as well as construction of a marina for yachts, the four-star hotel «Radisson Grand Marina Sochi», the shopping centre «Arcada-PLAZA» and an office centre. The complex of apart-hotels will be built after the Olympics.
